The present application has been %led for condonation of delay in %ling the present appeal. It has been averred in the application that copy of the impugned judgment dated 02.01.2024 was applied by the counsel of the applicant on 14.1.2025 and the same was delivered on 24.2.2025. Thereafter the legal opinion was sought so as to determine further course of action by the applicant. The matter was examined at various levels for the purpose of %ling of appeal and it was decided %nally to challenge the award of the learned Court below and in this process the delay has occurred in %ling the present appeal. The delay in %ling the appeal is neither intentional nor willful and the same has occurred due to unavoidable circumstances which were beyond the control of the applicant. Keeping in view the averments as made in the application which is supported by an a-davit and in view of the fact that the learned counsel for the non-applicants has no objection in case delay is condoned, the present application is allowed and the delay of 81 days in %ling the present appeal is condoned.
