Admittedly, the notice impugned herein of August, 2024 and the petitioner has submitted his reply/ objection on 19.10.2024. 4. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition with liberty to pursue his reply/objection before the authority concerned. 5. Accordingly, present petition stands dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to pursue his reply/objection before the authority concerned.
