In this writ petition, the petitioner has prayed to quash the Memo No.682 dated 27.05.2024 (Annexure-12 to the writ petition), whereby the petitioner has been dismissed from service. 3. Admittedly, this petitioner had earlier filed a writ petition being W.P.(S) No.3771 of 2024, which was allowed to be withdrawn to file a departmental appeal before the competent Authority. 4. The petitioner filed a departmental appeal on 08.04.2025, but without waiting for the result of the same, approached this Court 2025:JHHC:24324 2 by filing this writ petition on 05.06.2025, praying to set aside the order of punishment. 5. Considering the fact that the petitioner has approached this Court without waiting for the Appellate Order, I am not inclined to entertain this writ petition. 6. Accordingly, this writ petition stands dismissed. 7. However, the Appellate Authority is directed to dispose of the Appeal of this petitioner, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order, if not already decided.
