GP FOR SERVICES I The Court made the following Order: (Per Hon’ble Sri Justice B.Krishna Mohan) Heard Ms.Santhi Sree Vallabhaneni representing Sri P.V.Ramana, learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Services-I for the respondents. 2. This writ petition was filed to implement the orders of the erstwhile Tribunal in O.A. No.20 of 2019 dated 21.01.2019 to fill up the post of Forest Section Officer. 3. On the other hand, the learned Assistant Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted the written instructions dated 12.06.2025 and relying upon the same, he submits that by virtue of the interim orders of this court in this writ petition dated 05.07.2021, the petitioner was promoted as Forest Section Officer vide District Forest Officer, Eluru Rc.No.5345/2010/S1 (S.O.No.09/2023), dated 15.11.2023. 4. In view of the above said statement made by the learned Assistant Government Pleader, upon receipt of the written instructions of the District Forest Officer, Eluru dated 12.06.2025, no further orders are necessary in this writ petition. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
