According to the petitioner he has made a complaint against respondent no. 6 that she supplied forged educational certificates in her nomination papers and on the strength of such forged certificates, she got elected as pradhan. 4. The grievance of the petitioner is that despite having made the complaint in the month of September, 2025, no decision is being taken. 5. By means of this writ petition, petitioner has sought the following relief: - “i) Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing and commanding the respondent/ Prescribed Authority to decide the complaint of the petitioner dated 10.09.2025 (received on 11.09.2025) expeditiously as possible as earlier, within the definite span of time, (contained in Annexure No. 5 to the writ petition).” 6. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the Prescribed Authority to look into the issue raised by the petitioner in his complaint and take decision, as per law, within six months.
