However, the learned APP submits that the petitioners have not remained present before the learned trial Court, and therefore, a non- bailable warrant has been issued against them since 20.08.2024. When the petitioners are not following the legal procedure and not abiding by the conditions of bail/41-A of Cr.P.C., we take this to be a case where our inherent powers under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. should not be exercised. 2.
