For the Respondents: Mr. Rahul Gathania, Advocate. ____________________________________________________________ Sandeep Sharma, Judge (oral): Petitioner herein, who at present is working as Conductor in HRTC Unit Pathankot, District Kangra, Himachal Pradesh, is aggrieved of order dated 13.03.2025 (Annexure P-1), whereby he has been transferred from afore station to Local Unit Shimla. 2. Before prayer made on behalf of the petitioner could be heard and decided on its own merits, learned counsel representing the petitioner states that petitioner would be content and satisfied in case he is permitted to make representation to the competent authority, with further direction to respondents to consider and decide the same in time bound manner. 3. Consequently, in view of the above, this Court, without going into the merits of the case, deems it fit to dispose of the present petition, reserving liberty to the petitioner to file representation before the competent authority, praying therein for redressal of his grievance, within a period of two days, which in-turn shall be decided by the afore authority expeditiously, preferably, within a period of ten days. Ordered accordingly. 1Whether the reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2 Needless to say, authority concerned while doing the needful in terms of instant order, shall afford an opportunity of being heard to the petitioner and pass appropriate orders. Till the time, representation, if filed within two days, is not decided in terms of instant order, petitioner shall not be compelled to join at the transferred station.
