Heard leaned counsel for petitioner, learned State Counsel for opposite parties. 2. Petition has been filed seeking following prayer:- 3. (i) issue a writ, order of direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing the opposite parties to consider the case of the petitioner for transfer from District Kaushabhi to Mainpuri, on the ground of ailment i.e. Paralysis Attack of his wife and Dengue of his Elder Son and also Vericocele Disease of his Younger Son. 4. In view of aforesaid facts petitioner has already submitted his representation dated 01.05.2025 which is pending consideration. 5. Since consideration of petitioner's grievance would entail factual aspects, the opposite party no.2 i.e.Director General (Fire and Emergency Services), Head Quarter, Uttar Pradesh, District Lucknow is directed to take a decision with regard to petitioner's representation dated 01.05.2025 expeditiously sympathetically in the light of medical condition of his family members within a period of two weeks from the date a certified copy of this order is served upon the said authority. 6. The petitioner shall annex a copy of representation dated 01.05.2025 alongwith certified copy of this order. 7.With the aforesaid directions, the writ petition is accordingly disposed of.
