[2025:RJ-JP:23320] HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE FOR RAJASTHAN BENCH AT JAIPUR S.B. Criminal Miscellaneous Bail Application No. 5440/2025 Vasudev Sharma S/o Late Shri Motilal Sharma, Aged About 64 Years, R/o Nimghatna Mohalla, Behind Hindi Library, Deeg, Presently House No 192/189 Pratap Nagar Jaipur. (At Present Confined In Central Jail Jaipur District Jaipur) ----Petitioner Versus State Of Rajasthan, Through P.p. ----Respondent For Petitioner(s) : Ms. Anzum Parveen, Adv. For Respondent(s) : Mr. Manvendra Singh Shekhawat, PP HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE MANEESH SHARMA (V. J.) Order 18/06/2025 1. The instant bail application has been filed under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 on behalf of the petitioner, who has been arrested in connection with FIR No.520/2024 registered at Police Station Pratapnagar (Jaipur City East), District Jaipur City (East) for the offence punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 120-B, 323, 341, 504 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case and he is in judicial custody since 13.04.2025. Learned counsel further submits that the petitioner and complainant are real brothers and there are some civil disputes pending between the parties. Learned counsel also submits that after completion of investigation, charge-sheet [2025:RJ-JP:23320] (2 of 2) [CRLMB-5440/2025] has been filed and all the offences are triable by Magistrate and the trial of the case will take considerable time, therefore, further custody of the petitioner would not serve any fruitful purpose, so, the petitioner may be released on bail. 3. Learned Public Prosecutor has opposed the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner. 4. Heard learned counsel for both the parties and perused the material available on record. 5. Considering the fact that petitioner is in judicial custody since 13.04.2025; after completion of investigation charge-sheet has been filed and all the offences are triable by Magistrate and trial of the case may take considerable time, thus, without commenting any opinion on the merits/demerits of the case, this Court deems it just and proper to allow this bail application. 6. Accordingly, the bail application under Section 483 Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 is allowed and it is ordered that the accused-petitioner Vasudev Sharma S/o Late Shri Motilal Sharma shall be enlarged on bail provided he furnishes a personal bond in the sum of Rs.1,00,000/- (Rupees One Lakh only) with two sureties in the sum of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand only) each to the satisfaction of the learned Trial Court for his appearance before the court concerned on all the dates of hearing and as and when called upon to do so.
