In our order, dated 28.11.2024 passed in WP.No.25678 of 2024, we had observed that in case a fresh notice under Section 13(2) of the SARFAESI Act was issued, it would be open to the petitioner to respond to the same and raise all possible defences which would otherwise be available to the petitioner. 2 HCJ & RC, J WP_11533_2025 3. It appears that a fresh notice under Section 13(2) of the SARFAESI Act has been issued on 03.04.2025 which has not been responded by the petitioner till date. 4. We feel that the petitioner has failed to comply with our earlier order, dated 28.11.2024 and has simply rushed to this Court challenging the fresh 13(2) notice dated 03.04.2025. 5. We find that the petition is without any merit and is accordingly dismissed. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand closed.
