Though in terms of aforesaid order, petitioner was posted in Forest Range Swarghat, District Bilaspur, Himachal Pradesh, but since he was not being given charge, despite repeated request, he filed petition at hand, seeking directions, as detailed hereinabove. 3. While putting in appearance on behalf of respondents, Mr. B.C. Verma, learned Additional Advocate General, has placed on record communication dated 06.06.2025, issued under the signatures of Divisional 1Whether the reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2 Forest Officer, Bilaspur Forest Division, District Bilaspur, Himachal Pradesh, perusal whereof reveals that charge of the post of Deputy Ranger, Forest Range Bilaspur, has been given to the petitioner on 17.05.2025. 4. Since charge qua the post in question already stands given to the petitioner, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the instant proceedings and accordingly the same is disposed of, as having been rendered infructuous.
