24.02.2025 Ct. No. 30 S.L No.32 SM WPA 5733 of 2019 CAN 1 of 2023 CAN 2 of 2023 Bichitra Kumar Sheet Vs. State of West Bengal & Ors. Mr. Golam Mastafa Mr. Syamal Kumar Mukherjee Mr. Kazi Asif Iqbal ……for the petitioner Mr. Md. Mansoor Alam ……for the State/respondent The present writ application has been preferred praying for direction upon the respondent authorities to take necessary steps in accordance with law to stop illegal and unauthorized construction and structures. It appears that the description/details of the alleged unauthorized and illegal construction has also not been provided in the writ application. Necessary parties are also missing in the writ application. This Court thus finds that considering the pleadings/contents in the writ application, no effective order can be passed by this Court and as such the writ application is dismissed with the direction that the petitioner shall be at liberty to make an appropriate representation before the appropriate authority who shall then consider the same in accordance with law. 2 Pending applications, if any, stands disposed of. Interim order, if any, stands vacated. Urgent Photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties, upon usual undertakings. [Shampa Dutt (Paul). J]
