Also heard Ms. L. Sharma, learned counsel appearing for the Insurance Company. This application has been filed under Section 5 of the Limitation Act praying for condonation of delay of 276 days in preferring the MAC Appeal. Ms. Sharma, in her usual fairness, has submitted that she has no objection if the delay is condoned. Also, I find that the delay has been satisfactorily explained. Accordingly, the delay stands condoned. Registry is directed to register the connected MAC Appeal and list the same for admission hearing. The interlocutory application is disposed of.
