The present petition has been filed with the following prayers: "(i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus keeping in view of public interest there by directing opposite party no.1 to 7 to take appropriate action against opposite party no.8 and 11 to remove illegal encroachment on the Public main road of gata no 831 situated at, revenue village Ajhara, Tehsil Lalganj, District Pratapgarh which is annexed as Annexure no 3 to this writ. (ii) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus thereby directing opposite parties no 1 to 7 to take action upon the application dated 30-08-2025 and 01.09.2025 against opposite party no 8 to 11 to take action under proceeding of U/s 67 U.P. Revenue code 2006 with in time framed." 3. Learned Standing Counsel on the basis of the instructions states that the encroachment over the Chakmarg have been removed and the malba, if any, lying shall also be removed immediately. 4. Considering the statement of the learned Standing Counsel that there is no encroahcment over the Chakmarg and the malba if any shall also be Versus Counsel for Petitioner(s) : Dheeraj Srivastava, Anil Kumar Maurya, Dr.Pramod Kumar Maurya Counsel for Respondent(s) : C.S.C.
