The present petition has been filed by the petitioner challenging the order dated 10.12.2024 passed for eviction of the petitioner under the U.P. Tenancy Act, 2021 as well as an order dated 15.07.2025 whereby the recall application has also been rejected. 2. Considering the fact that an appeal is prescribed against the main order, no interference is called for at this stage. 3. The writ petition is dismissed. 4. The petitioner would be at liberty to prefer an appeal, if so advised in accordance with law. 5. It is made clear that this court has not passed any order with regard to execution, which may go on in accordance with law, subject to any orders that may be passed by the appellate court.
