HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT ALLAHABAD LUCKNOW WRIT - A No. - 10994 of 2025 Court No. - 8 HON'BLE MANISH MATHUR, J. 1. Heard learned counsel for petitioner, learned State Counsel for opposite parties no. 1 to 5. 2. In view of order being passed, notice to opposite party no.6 hence dispensed with. 3. Petition has been filed seeking compliance of order dated 08.08.2025 whereby opposite party no.6, Dr. Narendra Dev has been transferred. 4. Sri Aditya Dwivedi, learned State Counsel has at the very outset raised an objection regarding locus standi of petitioner to maintain this petition since he is not a person aggrieved or benefited by the impugned order. 5. Learned counsel for petitioner in response thereto submits that petitioner is an employee in the department and is concerned with compliance of orders passed by Higher Authorities. 6. In view of aforesaid submissions, it is evident that petitioner is a regular employee in the department where the opposite party no.7 was working prior to passing of the order dated 08.08.2025.
