1. Petitioner has filed this Writ Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking following reliefs:-
“10.1 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to quash the order dated 31.03.2022 passed by the Branch Manager, District Cooperative Central Bank Limited, Branch- Jhalap and order dated 05.04.2022 passed by Deputy Registrar, Co-operative Societies, Mahasamund, District- Mahasamund (C.G). 10.2 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to grant any other relief, which it deems fit and proper.”

At the outset, learned counsel for the parties would submit that matter in issue has already been decided by this Court in WPC No.1847 of 2022 (Ashok Sahu vs. Registrar, Co-operative Societies and Others) on 18.04.2022 and the present Writ Petition may be disposed of in terms of the observation made by this Court at para 8 of the said order, which reads thus:-
“8.
In case at hand, since earlier letters of respondent No.5 was replied by the petitioner
3 pleading specifically that Marketing Federation has not lifted paddy and transported it within specific time; agreement was not executed and further the disputed questions, are involved of ascertaining liability and responsibility of a person for loss, if any, and as to why paddy procured by petitioner society was not transported within specified time, petitioner is directed to approach the Collector concerned as per Clause 19.7 of the Policy by way of filing representation/application along with necessary documents within a period of three weeks from today canvassing all grievances and thereafter the Collector shall decide the same evaluating facts and giving opportunity of hearing to all the parties concerned at the earliest, preferably within a further period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of application/representation by petitioner. Till then no coercive steps shall be taken against petitioner.”
3. Since the grievance of the petitioner is same and one as has been raised in WPC No.1847 of 2022, as such, as the petitioner is also seeking same relief this case is also disposed off in terms and lines of aforesaid case. No order as to cost(s). Sd/- (Amitendra Kishore Prasad) Judge Vishakha
