The challenge in this appeal is made to the order dated 06.03.2025, passed in Execution Case No.09 of 2018, Kunwar Singh Vs. Rajni, by the court of Principal Judge, Family Court, Dehradun. On the last occasion, a few issues were raised with regard to the possession or FDR, etc. In fact, the impugned order has been passed in the execution proceedings. Learned counsel for the respondent submits that the execution proceedings have already come to an end. It has been closed on 07.11.2025. This fact is not disputed by learned counsel for the appellant. In view of the statement given by learned counsel for the parties, nothing survives in this appeal. It stands disposed of, accordingly.
