The present anticipatory bail application is arising out of FIR No.0037 of 2025, dated 01.02.2025, under Sections 308(2), 351(3) & 352 of BNS, 2023, registered at P.S. Vikas Nagar, District Dehradun. 4. Heard learned counsel for the parties. 5. The allegations against the applicant are that he was blackmailing the informant through various sources for which he even hatched a conspiracy against the informant and lodged various false cases. In the impugned FIR, the occurrence of 01.02.2025 at about 01:30 p.m. has been mentioned, in which, it was stated that when the informant called the applicant and inquired about the money lend by him to the applicant, the latter became furious and hurled filthy abuses and further threatened the informant that he would prepare a video against the informant and post it on the social media. 6. The allegations leveled against the applicant, prima facie, appear to be serious in nature. This Court, at this stage, is not inclined to interfere into the matter. Accordingly, the present anticipatory bail application is dismissed in-limine. 7. Pending application, if any, stands disposed of. (Pankaj Purohit, J.) Vacation Judge 06.02.2025 AK
