ORAL ORDER
In this petition, the petitioner seeks following relief;
"A. Allow this Criminal Petition and pass an order to quash the entire proceedings in C.C.No.590/2022 for the offences punishable U/S 279 and 304A of IPC and 180, 181 and 187 of the Motor Vehicles Act registered by Nagamangala Town P.S. Mandya District arising out of Crime No.0006/2022, pending on the file of the Senior Civil Judge and JMFC. Court, Nagamangala, Mandya District. B. Further be pleased to grant any such other orders, directions as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit to grant in the circumstances of the case in the interest of justice."
2. After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petition be disposed of reserving liberty to the petitioner

to urge all contentions before the Trial Court, which shall consider the same and proceed further in accordance with law.
