In pursuance of the order dated 11.02.2025, today, corpus is present in person before this Court and Rs.25,000/- in cash has also been handed over to the corpus since due to paucity of time, demand draft could not prepared by petitioner no.2. 3. On being queried, corpus stated that she is residing with respondent no.4/her father with her free will and does not want to live with petitioner no.2. 4. In view of the statement made by corpus, it is apparent that there is no illegal detention of corpus by respondent nos.4 to 8 and as such, the present petition stands dismissed.
