HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT ALLAHABAD LUCKNOW CRIMINAL MISC. WRIT PETITION No. - 9167 of 2025 Court No. - 10 HON'BLE RAJNISH KUMAR, J. HON'BLE RAJEEV SINGH, J. 1. Case called out. None appears on behalf of the petitioners. Learned A.G.A. as well as Shri Yash Gupta holding brief of Shri Kuldeep Srivastava, learned counsel for respondent no. 2 are present. 2. This petition has been filed seeking the following main prayer : "to issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding the learned court having jurisdiction/authority connected to consider the case of petitioners in light of direction (order dated 1.7.2024) issued by this Hon'ble Court at Prayagraj in CRLP No. 20172 of 2023, Prakash Chandra Tiwari vs. Union of India and others, in the interest of justice." 3. Learned counsel for the respondents submit that the prayer made in the petition is misconceived, as the order passed by this Court on 01.07.2024 in Crl. Misc. Writ Petition No. 20172 of 2023, has been stayed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court. Thus, the submission is that no such relief, as prayed for, can be granted. 4. In view of above and since the learned counsel for the petitioners is not present, the petition is dismissed for want of prosecution.
