The Authorized Officer of Registrar of Cooperative Societies (‘RCS’) has issued a communication dated 11th August, 2025, wherein the petitioner’s name is sponsored vide Membership No. 159 for allotment of a flat in Manpower CGHS Ltd (Regn No.435/GH). 2. It is informed and not a fact in dispute that the petitioner is already in possession of the apartment at Kamayani Kunj Apartments, Plot No. 69, I.P Extension, New Delhi-110092. In view of the aforesaid communication requesting the Delhi Development Authority (‘DDA’) by the office of the RCS for processing the name of the petitioner for draw of lots, and as claimed by the petitioner to be in possession of an apartment, the counsel appearing for the respondent/DDA submits that within two weeks, the request of the RCS dated 11th August, 2025, issued under the signature of Assistant Registrar, shall be acted upon and petitioner’s allotment shall be confirmed, subject to compliance with the conditions, which includes the payment of regularization charges has to be made. 4. Counsel for the petitioner submits that in case such demand is made to the petitioner within a period of two weeks from today by the DDA, petitioner shall report the compliance by depositing the regularization charges as shall be levied by DDA. Once such amount is deposited, the confirmation shall be issued by the DDA in favour of the petitioner. 5. In view of aforesaid, since the claim put forth by the petitioner is for redressal, the aforesaid compliance is taken on record. 6. We dispense the physical presence of the RCS in view of the directions issued at his end. 7. The application, accordingly, stands disposed of. 8.
