The revision petition has been filed challenging judgment and order dated 12.9.2024 passed by Principal Judge, Family Court, Sitapur in Crl. Case No.990 of 2021 Smt. Shyamkali vs. Ram Sevak. 2. Heard learned counsel for the revisionist and learned A.G.A. for the State as also perused the record. Opposite party No.2 was directed to appear before this court by previous order dated 17.12.2024, however, respondent No.2 is not present and is also not represented by any counsel. 3. A perusal of impugned order dated 12.9.2024 shows that while deciding issue No.1, the learned Family Court after considering the statement of P.W.1, P.W.2 and P.W.3 as also the exhibited documents filed by respondent No.2 wherein named of the respondent No.2 is entered as wife of the revisionist has prima facie found that respondent No.2 is legally wedded wife of the revisionist. She is a destitute and is unable to maintain herself. She was subjected to cruelty relating to demand of dowry and was ousted from the house of the revisionist in lock-down. On the other hand, she is not having any source of income and the revisionist is a healthy person and has 12 bigha land and is capable of maintaining her. 4.I do not find any good ground to interfere in the order impugned.
