By means of the instant petition, the petitioner seeks expeditious disposal of the Civil Suit No. 344 of 2021(Ramashankar versus Dolai and others) pending before the Civil Judge, Senior Division, court no. 15, Sultanpur. 3. It is urged that several dates have been fixed, but till the date, the aforesaid case has not been considered. Consequently, an expedite order be passed. 4. Having considered the aforesaid, this Court is not inclined to entertain the petition and to pass an expedite order relating to a suit of the year 2021, which is dismissed leaving it open for the petitioner to move an appropriate application before the Court concerned. In case, such an application is moved needless to say the same shall be considered and pass appropriate order in accordance with law. 5. It is also made clear that in case if any cause for expediting a suit of the year 2021 arises in future, this order of dismissal may not come in the way of the petitioner.
