By means of the instant petition, the petitioner seeks expeditious disposal of the Regular Suit no.103 of 2020. Having considered the aforesaid as well as the extracts of the order sheet which has been brought on record, this Court, at this stage, is not inclined to expedite the petition of the year, 2020 and intervene at this stage, accordingly the petition is dismissed leaving it open for the petitioner to move an appropriate application before the court concerned for his grievances and needless to say that in case if such an application is moved, the same shall be considered and decided by the court concerned in accordance with law. It is made clear that in case, if any, cause for expedition of a suit relating to year 2020 arises in future, mere dismissal of the instant petition may not come in the way of the petitioner.
