This petition has been filed with the following prayer:- "(i) issue a writ, order or direction of or in the nature of certiorari quashing the impugned First Information Report dated 30.08.2025, registered in Case Crime No. 0196/2025, Under Section 137(2, 87 BNS, registered at P.S.-Lonar, District-Hardoi contained as Annexure No. 1 to this writ petition; (ii) issue a writ, order or direction of or in the nature of mandamus commanding the Opposite parties not to harass or arrest of the Petitioner pursuant to the impugned FIR in the Case Crime No. 0196/2025, Under Section 137(2, 87 BNS, registered at P.S.-Lonar, District-Hardoi, regsitered on 30.08.2025;" 3. Learned AGA for the State, on the basis of instructions received from Shri Suresh Chandra, Sub-Inspector, Police Station-Lonar, District Hardoi, which has been produced before this Court and taken on record, submits that Sections 127(2), 64(1), 351(2) and 316 BNS, 2023 and Section 3/4 POCSO Act have been added.
