Heard learned counsel for the revisionist, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record. 2. The present revision has been filed by the revisionist for the following main relief:- "Wherefore, it is most respectfully prayed that this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to set aside the judgment and order dated 22.08.2025 passed by learned Special Judge (POCSO Act), Lakhimpur Kheri, in Criminal Case No.505 of 2025 and direct to register the First Information Report against the accused/opposite party No.2 & 3 and direct to the concerned police station to conduct the investigation as per law in the interest of justice." 3. After arguing the matter at some length, learned counsel for the revisionist prays for withdrawal of this revision with liberty to the revisionist to file a fresh revision with proper pleadings and documents in support thereof. 4. The aforesaid prayer has not been opposed by the side opposite. 5. In view of the above, the instant revision is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty, as prayed for. 6. Office is directed to return certified copies of the documents annexed with this revision to the learned counsel for the revisionist as per relevant Rules in this regard.
