Petition has been filed seeking following prayer:- 3. (i) Issue writ order or direction in the nature of Maradamus commanding the opposite parties to allow the benefits of the personal time scale of Rs.3700-5000 contained in Govemment Office Memo no. 2/1215/92-2014-35Adhi/2013 dated 04. 01. 2014to the petitioner as contained in Annexure no. I to this writ petition in the saine manner in which the similarly situated petitioner's junior colleagues namely Mr. Shailendra Kumar Singh, Mr. Tryugi Narayan Singli and Mr. Triloki Nath Rai have been allowed vide Government office order bearing no. 488/92-1-22/35(adhi) (2013 dated 04.04.2022 alongwith all consequential benefits including the benefits of A.C.P., arrears of salary and pensionary benefits, within a short reasonable period to be prescribed by this Hon'ble Court in the interest of justice. 4. Since consideration of petitioner's grievance would entail factual aspects, liberty is granted to petitioner to move a fresh representation before party no.1 i.e. Director and Chief Engineer Rural Engineering Department U.P. Jawahar Bhawan, Lucknow which shall be considered and decided expeditiously in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the date a certified copy of this order is served upon the said authority. 5.
