Allow this writ Petition and call for the entire records pertaining to the present case for its kind perusal, 2. set-aside the orders dated 17.01.2025 (Annexure A- 3 / 4 2) issued by the Respondent No.04, contrary to the direction issued by the Hon'ble High Court in W.P. (S) No. 6861/2021 & 3896/2022, in the interest of justice. 3. Respondent authorities be directed to comply with the direction issued on 18.11.2024 in Hon'ble High Court in W.P. (S) No. 6861/2021 & 3896/2022 and initiate fresh enquiry strictly in accordance with the provisions of circular dated 24.09.2011, in the interest of justice. 4. Allow the Petitioners to discharge their duties as Block Coordinator at their respective place of posting, in the interest of justice. 5. Pass any other orders under the facts and circumstances of the case, in the interest of justice.” 2. It appears from the order of division Bench of this Court in WA No.147/2025, that the writ appeal has been withdrawn by the appellant therein with the submission that the present writ petitioners were interested party in WPS No.6861/2021 which was disposed of by the learned Single Judge and the petitioner was granted liberty to take recourse of law before the learned Single Judge. However, the present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner by filing a fresh writ petition, in fact, the petitioner has to file a review of the order dated 28/11/2024 passed in WPS No.6861/2021, as liberty has been granted by the division Bench WA No.147/2025. Hence, the writ petition is disposed of with 4 / 4 liberty to the petitioner to take recourse of law as per the order of division Bench in WA No.147/2025. 3.
