The petitioner has assailed the sanction order dated 26.7.2024 passed by Director, Directorate of Internal Accounts and Audit, Lucknow (Respondent no. 2). 3, The main ground raised in the writ petition is that sanction order itself is invalid and no further proceedings can be initiated against the petitioner in pursuance thereof. 4. Learned AGA for the State vehemently opposed and has stated that the petitioner could have raised objections against aforesaid sanction order before the court concerned instead of coming to this Court. Therefore, the writ petition deserves to be dismissed at this stage. 5. Accordingly, the present writ petition is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to raise all objections, which he has raised before this Court, before the Court of Special Judge A/C Act, Court No. 2, Varanasi (Filing Case No. 7722/2024).
