Mr. Sachin Kumar Sharma, learned counsel for the revisionist. 2. Mr. Nikhil Singhal, learned counsel for the caveator. 3. The time extension application has been moved by the revisionist with this contention that now he has bring a cheque of Rs. 2,03,100/- towards the arrear of rent and some amount towards the arrear of rent has already been deposited before the SCC court. 4. Mr. Nikhil Singhal accepts the same who appears on behalf of the landlord and if any additional amount towards arrear of rent is deposited before the SCC court the landlord is permitted to withdraw the same. 5. In such view of the matter, the time extension application is disposed of with the liberty to landlord to raise an objection about the computation of the amount towards the arrear of rent before the executing court as and when such a situation arise.
