Petition has been filed seeking following prayer:- (i) issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding and directing the opp. parties to consider the case of the petitioner for transfer from District Shahjahanpur to District Amroha, Moradabad Range (Home District) in the light of the provision of clause 5 (V) of the government order dated 06.05.2025 within a stipulated period of time as prescribed by this Hon'ble Court, in the interest of justice. 3. Since consideration of petitioner's grievance would entail factual aspects, liberty is granted to petitioner to move a fresh representation before party no.3 i.e. Additional Director General of Police, Fire Services, D.G.P. Headquarter, Lucknow, which shall be considered and decided expeditiously in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the date a certified copy of this order is served upon the said authority. 4.
