By the present writ petition, earlier the petitioner, who is working as daily wager in the Forest Division of Uttar Baster, Kanker, though the case of the petitioner for regularisation has been rejected, but the petitioner is only seeking a direction towards the Forest Range Officer to assigned contractual appointment pursuance to the communication of the D.F.O., Utter Baster, Kankler dated 26/09/2022. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has requested the Forest Range Officer, Kanker on several occasion, however, the grievance of the petitioner is not being redressed. 3. Learned counsel for the respondents/State submits that looking to the limited grievance of the petitioner, it will be appropriate that the petitioner may approach the Forest Range Officer again by apprising the Forest Range Officer about the communication dated 26/09/2022. 4. I have heard learned counsel for the parties, perused the pleadings and documents. 5. In view of submission made by learned counsel for the parties, the writ petition is disposed of with a liberty to the petitioner to approach the Forest Range Officer by apprising the communication of the D.F.O. dated 26/09/2022, in case, the petitioner approach the Forest Range Officer, Kanker, he shall consider the grievance of the petitioner in accordance with law. 6.
