Neutral Citation No. - 2025:AHC:20666 Court No. - 5 Case :- WRIT - A No. - 1764 of 2025 Petitioner :- Praveen Chaurasiya And Another Respondent :- State Of Uttar Pradesh And 5 Others Counsel for Petitioner :- Siddharth Khare Counsel for Respondent :- C.S.C.,Sanjay Kumar Om Hon'ble Ajay Bhanot,J. Heard Shri Siddharth Khare, learned counsel assisted by Shri Aditendra Singh, learned counsel for the petitioners, learned Standing Counsel for the respondent-State and Shri Sanjay Kumar Om, learned counsel for the respondents No.2 to 5. The petitioner has assailed the advertisement issued on the Sewayojan Portal (Annexure-1 to the writ petition) to the post of Technical Assistant (Civil) and Technical Assistant (Electrical & Mechanical), initiating the recruitment process of various other posts as well. Shri Sanjay Kumar Om, learned counsel for the respondents No.2 to 5 submits that the rights of the petitioner and other similarly situated candidates were crystallized by this Court in Writ-A No.7076 of 2021 (Samrah Ahmad v. State of U.P. and 3 others) along with companion writ petitions rendered on 04.10.2024. The judgement of this Court in Samarah (supra) and the advertisement issued on the Sewayojan Portal (Annexure- 1 to the writ petition) are independent of each other. The
advertisement is not in the teeth of the judgment rendered by this Court in Samrah Ahmad (supra) along with companion writ petitions. Faced with this, Shri Siddharth Khare, learned counsel assisted by Shri Aditendra Singh, learned counsel for the petitioners does not press the reliefs sought in the writ petition. He recasts the reliefs. He fairly submits that the petitioner seeks leave to take out appropriate proceedings for implementation of the judgement of this Court rendered in Samrah Ahmad (supra) along with companion writ petitions. The writ petition is accordingly disposed of. Order Date :- 13.2.2025 Ashish Tripathi Digitally signed by :- ASHISH NAYAN TRIPATHI High Court of Judicature at Allahabad
