He submits that the petitioner's application would be considered and disposed of on merits within twelve (12) weeks. 3. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of by directing the first respondent to consider and dispose of the petitioner's application on merits within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order after providing a reasonable opportunity to the petitioner.
