Therefore, the petitioners shall appear before the Investigating Officer at 3:00 p.m. on 25.03.2025. - 4 - NC: 2025:KHC:13634 WP No. 6164 of 2025 List the matter on 28.03.2025 in the 'fresh matters list'." 3. The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners were made to wait for registration of the crime as directed by this Court. 4. The learned AGA would dispute the position contending that it is the petitioners who have created havoc inside the police station. Be those submissions as they are. 5. In the light of the crime being registered now, the petition is rendered infructuous, as the prayer has been redressed. Thus, the petition is disposed as having become infructuous.
