P.P. that charge sheet has already been submitted in connection with Abhayapuri P.S. Case No. 115/2025. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioners will appear before the learned trial court to file appropriate application seeking appropriate relief. Accordingly, it is provided that both the petitioners shall appear before the learned Magistrate within a period of 10 (ten) days and upon such appearance and on completion of other procedural requirements, the matter may be committed to the court of sessions and till such committal, in the event of arrest of petitioners they shall be released on interim bail on furnishing a bond Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand only) with two sureties each of like amount to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate in connection with the aforesaid case. Upon their appearance before the learned Sessions Judge, they may apply for regular bail, which may be considered as per law. With the above direction, this bail application is disposed of.
