According to petitioner, Pradhan of gram Madhopur Hazratpur has committed irregularities while undertaking development works in the village. He submits that although matter was highlighted before the concerned authorities by making complaint, but no decision is being taken. 3. By means of this writ petition, petitioner has sought the following relief: “Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding and directing the respondents no.1 to3 to take action on the representation of petitioner and conduct on-spot and documentary enquiry of the work done in relation to the budget provided for village sanitation and development works since the beginning of the current village Pradhan's tenure to till date and accordingly the suitable action be taken against erring persons.” 4. Mr. Parikshit Saini, learned counsel appearing for the concerned Gram Pradhan, however, submits that earlier also, enquiry was made twice by DPRO through his subordinate officers and nothing was found against his client. He, however, submits that he has no 2025:UHC:11252 objection if DPRO is asked to look into the matter. 5. The writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of with direction to the DPRO to examine petitioner’s complaint (enclosed as Annexure-1 to the writ petition), as per law, within four months from date of presentation of certified copy of this order. 6. It is made clear that other stakeholders shall be given personal hearing while passing any order.
