No.- 599 of 2024 pending before the court of Addl. District Magistrate (Finance and Revenue), Mau District Mau in which pleadings have come to be exchanged and evidence have come to be concluded. 3. In view of the above, this petition stands disposed of with a direction to the prescribed authority to dispose of the P.A. Case No.- 599 of 2024 as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of three months from the date of production of certified copy of this order, of course after giving full opportunity of hearing to the respective parties and without granting unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties.
