ORAL ORDER
The petitioner is before this Court seeking the following prayer:
“i. Issue a writ of Mandamus thereby direct the trial court / XXXIX Addl. City Civil and Sessions Judge, Bengaluru to dispose of the matter within three months in O.S.No.8100/2019 as per Annexure A by extending the time granted by this Hon’ble Court in W.P.No.1036/2024 dated 11/01/2024 as per Annexure D. ii.
Pass such other direction/s, order/s as declared fit to pass under the facts and circumstances of the case in the interest of justice and equity”
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the matter is at the stage of final arguments and if two weeks time is granted, the suit itself could be concluded. - 4 -

3. The prayer of the petitioner being innocuous as the petitioner has sought a direction for disposal of the suit before concerned Court, I deem it appropriate to direct the concerned Court to dispose the suit within an outer limit of eight weeks, if not earlier.
