THE HONOURABLE DR JUSTICE VENKATA JYOTHIRMAI PRATAPA WRIT PETITION NO: 14437 of 2020 ORDER: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for: “…pleased to issue a writ order or direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of mandamus to declare the action of the respondent No.1 and 2 not to interfere in the civil dispute pending between the petitioner and respondent No.5 in respect of the suit schedule property in O.S.No.130/2020 on the file of the Junior Civil Judge, Allagadda without following due process of law as arbitrary and illegal and consequently direct the respondent Nos.1 and 2 not to interfere in the civil dispute pending between the petitioner and respondent No.5 in respect of the suit schedule property in OS.No.130/2020 on the file of the Junior Civil Judge, Allagadda without following due process of law in the interest of Justice” 2. Heard Sri P. Nagendra Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri V. Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home for the respondents. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the police are interfering with the civil disputes in between the petitioner and respondent No.5. Learned counsel would further submit that a direction may be given to the police. 4. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on written instructions would submit that the police are not interfering in the civil disputes between petitioner and the unofficial respondent. 5. Recording the above said submissions, the Writ Petition is disposed of. However, the police are directed not to interfere in the civil disputes between the petitioner and the unofficial respondent. There shall be no order as to costs.
