Mr. V.B.S. Negi, learned Sr. Advocate assisted by Ms. S.C. Bhatt, learned counsel for the petitioner. 2. Mr. Pradeep Hairiya, learned Standing Counsel and Mr. Hargovind Pant, learned Brief Holder for State. 3. By the instant petition, petitioners are praying for following reliefs: “Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus directing the respondents to entitle the petitioners to get entire arrears as per order dated 10.06.2013 passed in WPSS No. 1535 of 2012 regarding which a representation has been given to the Department on 01.12.2020 (contained as Annexure No. 1 to the writ petition).” 4. Learned Sr. Advocate for the petitioners apprised to this Court that issue as raised in the present writ petition has been dealt by the Coordinate Bench of this Court in bunch of writ petitions the leading one Writ Petition No. 1485 of 2020 (Aditya Kumar Kaushik Vs. State of Uttarakhand and others) decided on 03.08.2021. He further submits that earlier also the Coordinate Bench of this Court in Writ Petition (SS) No. 1535 of 2012 (Subhash Singh and others Vs. Secretary, Education and others) decided the identical issue on 10.06.2013 and the Coordinate Bench of this Court followed the aforesaid judgment dated 10.06.2013 passed in WPSS No. 1535 of 2012 in WPSS No. 1485 of 2020 decided on 03.08.2021. 5. Learned Standing Counsel has not disputed this fact that the issue involved in the present writ petition are squarely covered by the aforesaid judgments. 6. In view of the submissions advanced by learned counsel for the parties, present writ petition is disposed of in terms of judgment dated 10.06.2013 passed by the Coordinate Bench in Writ Petition (SS) No. 1535 of 2012 (Subhash Singh and others Vs. Secretary, Education and others) as well 2025:UHC:11228 as judgment passed by the Coordinate Bench dated 03.08.2021 in Writ Petition No. 1485 of 2020 (Aditya Kumar Kaushik Vs.
