Because the said request was not considered and disposed of on merits within a reasonable time, the present Writ Petition has been filed. 2. Learned Additional Government Pleader accepts notice on behalf of all the respondents. He submits that the second respondent would consider and dispose of such request on merits within eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 3.
