Heard Shri Raj Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel appearing for the State-respondents. 2. The captioned writ petition has been filed by the petitioner, inter alia, praying therein the following reliefs: (i.) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding to the opposite party no.2 to consider the case of petitioner under National Family Planning Indemnity Scheme in favour of the petitioner. (ii.) Issue any other order or direction may kindly also be passed which the Hon'ble Court deems fit, just and proper under the facts and circumstances of the case. 3. The sole contention of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the petitioner is entitled for certain compensation under the National Family Planning Indemnity Scheme and in that regard husband of the petitioner has preferred a representation through Registered Post on 15.07.2025 (Annexure-1 to the writ petition) before the Chief Medical Officer, Gonda but till date no decision on the said representation has been taken. 4. Learned Standing Counsel appearing for the State-respondents has very fairly submitted that the representation filed by the husband of the Versus Counsel for Petitioner(s) : Raj Kumar Singh, Zahid Parvez Counsel for Respondent(s) : C.S.C. Savitri .....Petitioner(s) State Of U.P. Thru. Its Prin. Secy. Medical And Health Deptt. Lko. And 2 Others .....Respondent(s) petitioner shall be considered and decided by passing a speaking and reasoned order within the time framed/fixed by this Court. 5. We have considered the submissions advanced by the learned counsel for the parties and we find that the representation filed by the husband of the petitioner has not been considered and decided till date. Accordingly, this writ petition is finally disposed of with the direction to the Respondent No.2-Chief Medical Officer, Gonda to consider and decide the representation sent through Registered Post on 15.07.2025 (Annexure- 1) by passing a speaking and reasoned order within a period of two months from the date of production of certified copy of this order.
