By means of the instant petition, the petitioner seeks expeditious disposal of the Regular Suit no.581 of 2019. Having considered the aforesaid request as well as from a perusal of the order sheet which has been brought on record as Annexure no.5, this Court, at this stage, is not inclined to expedite the proceedings. Accordingly, the petition is dismissed leaving it open for the petitioner to move an appropriate application before the court concerned for his grievance and needless to say that in case, if such an application is moved, the same shall be considered and decided by the court concerned in accordance with law. It is also made clear that in case, if any cause for expedition of a suit relating to year, 2019 arises in future, mere dismissal of the instant petition may not come in the way of the petitioner.
