Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record. Instant application has been filed with the prayer to direct the learned Civil Judge Junior Division, Court No.15, Pratapgarh to decide Criminal Case No.3650 of 2002, State Vs. Saeidul Haq and etc, arising out of Crime No.269 of 2002 under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 504, 506 of I.P.C. Police Station Kotwali Nagar, Pratapgarh expeditiously. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that matter pertains to the year 2002, as such, interest of justice would be sub-served if this Hon'ble Court is pleased to direct the Trial Court to decide the case aforementioned within stipulated period of time as fixed by this Court. Learned A.G.A. for the State has no objection to the submissions aforesaid. In view of the aforesaid submissions and innocuous prayer made in the application, the Trial Court is hereby directed to decide the aforementioned Criminal Case No.3650 of 2002 in expedition, if it is still pending consideration before the court concerned and if there is no legal impediment, while considering the guidelines and circulars issued in this regard.
