This contempt application has been filed contending that despite the order of this Court dated 14.05.2025 passed in Matter Under Article 227 No.2813 of 2025 In Re Santosh Kumar Gupta vs Sant Ram Das Chela Saryu Das, whereby the Court had required the learned trial court to decide the injunction application as filed by the plaintiff within a period of 6 weeks, the same has still not been decided. 3. Responding Shri Shishir Jain, learned counsel appearing for the learned Trial court states that an endeavour would be made to decide the pending injunction application within a period of four weeks from today.
