Instant petition has been filed by the petitioners praying for direction to the respondent no.1, Commissioner, Lucknow to decide the interim relief application filed in Revision No.163 of 2025 (Computerized Case No.C202510000000163), "Ram Lal and others vs. State of U.P. and another", expeditiously. 3. After arguing the matter at some length, learned counsel for the petitioners confines his prayer for a suitable direction to consider and decide the interim relief application filed in aforesaid revision. 4. Learned Standing Counsel has no objection to the aforesaid prayer. 5. Accordingly, considering the facts and circumstances of the case and prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioners, without entering into the merits, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent no.1, Commissioner, Lucknow to consider and decide the the interim relief application filed in Revision No.163 of 2025 (Computerized Case No.C202510000000163), "Ram Lal and others vs. State of U.P. and another", within a period of six weeks from the date sufficiency of service is received with regard to the respondents, and in case there is some legal impediment, it shall also be open for the petitioners to press for grant of Versus Counsel for Petitioner(s) : Vivek Kumar Srivastava, Anurudh Kumar Singh Counsel for Respondent(s) : C.S.C., Dilip Kumar Pandey Ram Lal And 3 Others .....Petitioner(s) Commissioner, Lucknow Division, Lko.
