Hussain, learned counsel for the petitioner, who is aggrieved by the action of the respondent – Bank in not allowing to run his current bank account. When this matter had come up for consideration on the previous occasion i.e. 01.08.2025, this Court had made an observation that the proper remedy would be to approach the Bank Ombudsman. Shri Hussain, learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that on 12.08.2025 an application has indeed been submitted before the Bank Ombudsman for consideration of the grievance. In view of the aforesaid development, this Court is of the opinion that there is no requirement to continue with this writ petition and accordingly the same is closed. It is however observed that in case of any grievance with regard to the order that may be passed by the Banking Ombudsman, the petitioner will be at liberty to approach the appropriate forum.
